Aderant Launches Agent Center for Law Firm Operations
Aderant, a global provider of legal business management software, has announced the Aderant Agent Center, alongside a broad set of AI-driven innovations and platform advancements.
Built on the Stridyn platform and powered by MADDI (its new artificial intelligence-powered virtual associate), the Agent Center introduces a new model for managing firm operations, bringing together intelligent automation, real-time insights, and AI-driven workflows into a unified experience.

Initial capabilities include:
- Collections Agent: Automates and prioritises collection workflows based on payment risk, improving recovery rates and reducing cycle times.
- Appeals Agent: Identifies e-billing rejections and drafts data-informed appeals to help firms recover more efficiently and more quickly.
- Talent Evaluation Agent: Aggregates matter-level feedback into structured insights, reducing administrative burden and improving evaluation processes for all talent.
These capabilities are designed to help firms move from manual processes to agentic operations, where AI assists, automates, and continuously improves outcomes across the business.
