InfoTrack One of Australia's Best Workplaces for Women

InfoTrack has been officially named one of Australia's Best Workplaces for Women in 2022 by Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture. The inaugural list highlights organisations across the country committed to fostering equity in the workplace. After hearing thousands of female employee voices from companies across the country, InfoTrack was among one of thirty organisations recognised.

“We are thrilled to be named as one of the Best Workplaces for Women in Australia for 2022,” commented Daniel Ko, the Head of People and Culture at InfoTrack. “At InfoTrack we believe that people are our most valuable asset. Therefore, cultivating and maintaining a unique culture that attracts a cohort of talented and passionate women is essential to building a diverse and equitable workplace. Today 43% of the InfoTrack team are women, of which 30% are executives and 43% are managers. This recognition by Great Place to Work, celebrates the valuable contribution that women have made to our organisation and industry.”

As part of their ongoing commitment in this area, InfoTrack is a proud member of Women in Technology (WIT), an industry association that connects and supports women within the fields of science and technology. InfoTrack is aligned with the overall mission of WIT to advance, connect, and empower women and champion their success.

As Sandra Falzon, InfoTrack’s General Manager of Marketing, detailed, “Let us start from a position of inclusion by creating more equitable opportunities for women in our workforce. At InfoTrack, we are proud to be leading the charge in promoting women into leadership positions, offering the support and encouragement required for women to excel in their careers and offering competitive roles that provide tangible benefits that support women professionally and enable a suitably balanced lifestyle for working parents. All these aspects that contribute to our hiring and promotion processes, ensure we are living up to our commitment to equity and diversity for women within InfoTrack.”

This announcement comes after InfoTrack was already named one of Australia’s Best Workplaces in 2022 by Great Place to Work. These two accolades highlight InfoTrack’s unwavering commitment to its people and exceptional company culture.
