Justitia Lawyers Adds Angus & Carr in Growth Move
Boutique workplace relations law firm Justitia Lawyers and Consultants is incorporating Angus & Carr into its practice with effect from 14 September 2026. This represents further growth for the firm, following the merger with Toop Workplace Law in 2024.
Justitia has carved out a highly respected niche as the go-to firm for handling sensitive and challenging workplace complaints and conflict, while also providing a full range of employment law advice to HR and legal teams. The firm works with a wide range of employers including corporates, educational institutions, state government agencies, local government councils (providing both employment and governance support) and large not-for-profits. It has a highly respected workplace investigations practice, is retained by several government regulators for investigation work and also handles child safeguarding matters.
Angus & Carr works across a broad range of sectors, including higher education, schools and medical research institutes. The firm has extensive experience supporting organisations with employment law advice, investigations and Fair Work Commission and court proceedings.
Justitia Managing Partner Melissa Scadden said incorporating Angus & Carr into Justitia was a natural and easy decision, given how similarly both firms work with clients.
