ProDoc Systems Acquire go5plus Assets

ProDoc Systems has purchased the assets of go5plus to further build the go5plus business and global offerings around document automation, production and business management.

Matt Breen has been instrumental in driving the go5plus business over the last 2 years winning the business of some of the top law firms and professional services organisations in the world around document automation and production. Founded in 2017 in Sydney by Kathy Griveas to bring global products to the APAC legal and accounting markets, go5plus has gone from strength to strength globally under the direction of Matt Breen.

This acquisition by ProDoc Systems allows go5plus to focus increasingly on taking document production and automation solutions to a global market and in particular, provides a platform for smaller vendors to take their solutions to market at a cost-efficient manner. More recently go5plus has added partners such as Rulestar to its solution stack.

David Woolstencroft Director of go5plus commented “With over 20+ years of experience Matt Breen has the depth of experience in providing the document production and automation solutions that law and accounting firms need. Matt is the perfect person to take the great work that Kathy Griveas started and has built on this business. Firms can have absolute confidence in the solution stack and service that Matt is building. We look forward to Matt continuing the journey of go5plus as a global solution provider.”

Matt Breen Director of ProDoc Systems commented “I am extremely grateful to Kathy and privileged to have this unique and exciting opportunity to take go5plus to the next level. In association with the solutions partners we already have in place plus new partners coming on line, go5plus is now placed to help organisations of all shapes and sizes streamline and fulfil their business needs to create documents, collaborate with clients and manage their business processes.”
