Another acquisition by Litera – Concep | LPI

On a roll, Litera has just acquired Concep – an email marketing, event management, and web automation platform for law firms. The acquisition is the second in the last month and will form part of the Firm Intelligence business unit and strengthen Litera offerings around the business of Law. It has been an eventful year in Legal tech with Intapp’s spate of acquisitions and subsequent listing and the number of recent acquisitions made by Litera. It will be interesting to discover further what direction Litera has in its sights.
