Consilio, a global leader in technology-enabled legal services, has announced its acquisition of icourts, an Australian eDiscovery provider offering end-to-end electronic evidence management for law firms, corporate legal departments, and government organisations. This acquisition builds on Consilio’s continued investment in Australia, following the integration of eLaw and the establishment of dedicated data centres in Sydney and Melbourne.
