King & Wood Mallesons Australia (KWM) has announced its rollout of Harvey, a cutting-edge generative AI tool designed specifically for law firms and legal teams. This announcement marks the next significant step forward in KWM’s commitment to harnessing emerging technology to deliver exceptional legal services to clients. The rollout marks the start of broader plans, including client collaborations and co-development opportunities.
This follows a comprehensive trial involving around 200 lawyers across all practice groups, which revealed hundreds of successful use cases for automating and enhancing legal workflows. Harvey was used to gain insights across large document sets at scale.
