Litera Agrees To Acquire Kira Systems | LPI

Litera agrees to buy Kira Systems

It's been a very eventful week for Litera. On the acquisition trail again, agreeing to buy Kira Systems which will strengthen Litera's deal and transaction lifecycle management offerings. Noah Waisberg, CEO and Co-Founder of Kira will stay on as a strategic advisor to Litera.

As part of the transaction, Kira Systems will spin off Zuva a new company led by Noah Waisberg- that will focus on machine learning for business documents and helping businesses understand what's in their contracts.

It has been an interesting 2 years with acquisition activity from Intapp, Bighand and Litera in the legal productivity space.
