Redact Excel Files Natively Inside Reef Discovery

TransPerfect Legal, a provider of legal technology, AI and advisory services, has announced an integration between its Reef Discovery document review platform and Blackout, an automated eDiscovery redaction solution developed by Milyli. The combined solution helps organisations reduce review time and costs while simplifying document review workflows.

The integration brings Blackout’s redaction and markup functionality directly into Reef Discovery, enabling legal teams to manage sensitive information without leaving the platform.

Key capabilities of the integration include:
•    Native File Redaction: Redact content in native files, including Excel spreadsheets, without first converting them to images.
•    Find and Redact: Search for a word or phrase within a document and automatically redact every instance.
